Shipping & Returns
1. Shipping Costs
The
shipping cost is calculated based on weight, dimensions and destination of the
items in the order.
2. Delivery Terms
a)
West and East Malaysia shipment is within 2 - 10 working days*
b) International shipment - Currently unavailable
* Working day excludes Saturday, Sunday, and
Public Holidays
* Order on Friday will only be processed on
following Monday
If
due to any unforeseen reasons that any product(s) in a transaction is not
available (out of stock), we will send you a notification through email.
You
may:
a)
Wait for the item to be available
before dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved
while we await this item; or
b) Would process a refund for the unavailable item. The remainder of the order will be shipped out
accordingly. The refund will be processed. The
refund coupon could be used for future purchase. We will notify you once
this has been completed through email.
3. Tracking Notifications
Upon
dispatch, customer will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to
follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made
available by the shipping provider. If a shipment has exceeded the estimated
delivery time, please WhatsApp us at +601111453319 so that we can conduct an investigation.
4. Returns
We
accept returns due to manufacturing
defected or wrongly delivered item. The request to return must be made within 2 days of receipt of item. The
buyer must not ship out the return / stock prior having the consent from the
seller to do so. The return shipping cost will be bear by the seller. Once the returns
is received and approved, a refund will be processed. The refund coupon could be used for future purchase. We will notify
you once this has been completed through email.
5. Cancellations
We
are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. The buyer must make a request
for the cancellation. Once the cancellation is approved, the refund will be
processed. The refund coupon could be
used for future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed
through email.
6. Lost in-transit
The
customer will notify us the shipment is not delivered or received. We will get
the confirmation from the courier on the lost in-transit claim. Upon the
confirmation by the courier, we will process a refund. The refund coupon could
be used for future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed
through email.
