Refund Policy

A refund will be made under the following circumstances:

1) The product(s) in a transaction or an order is not available,

2) The product(s) is returned due to manufacturing defected or wrongly delivered,

3) An order is cancelled before it has been shipped,

4) The shipment is lost in-transit

 

The customer is required to initiate a refund requisition by filling up a form in “Returns” under “Customer Service”. The refund coupon will only be issued after the seller has approved the refund request. The customer can use this coupon for future purchase.
